What is the MCSA Windows Server 2012?

When it comes to getting certified as an IT and Server Administrator, few certification paths are as popular as the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). Microsoft made the MCSA Windows Server 2012 the cornerstone for all IT Administration MCSE paths. In order to get any of the MCSE certifications you must first complete MCSA Windows Server 2012.

MCSA shows that you have the primary set of Windows Server 2012 skills, relevant across multiple solution areas in a business environment, to reduce IT costs and deliver more business value. Earning an MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification will qualify you for a position as a network or computer systems administrator or a computer support specialist.

To get a MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification there are three exams to complete:

Exam 410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012
Exam 411: Administering Windows Server 2012
Exam 412: Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services

After finishing both of these exams you will be awarded a MCSA: Windows Server 2012 qualification. See below for more information on the exams.
